For the past 3 years I've been using benefit brow gel, a friend recommended this pen so I have ordered one, the color did not match my brows so I returned it. Because customer satisfaction matters, the seller was following up with me regarding my return and I eneded up trying it one more time but a different color grey/black and let me tell you it looks amazing. Its super easy to use, takes less than a minute to do both brows. Looks natural. Couldnt be happier
