Very High Quality Bands That Can Be Stacked For Greater Resistance
This set is of the Highest Quality Silicone and with the 5 different resistant bands they will take you from a beginner level all the way to advanced. They can be stacked giving you a resistance of 80 lbs. The lowest is 5 lbs which is great for those just starting or recovering from an injury or surgery.
