Our master bedroom in our apartment sits at 73° basically year round, bad design. Biggest complaint I can see some one saying is the unit sits low. This is actually logical due to heat rising (hvac tech). It brought my bedroom down to a comfortable level within 20 mins (100 sqft). Only thing you have to do is remove it from packaging put the wheels on and add water. Very convenient, affordable and no complaints.
