This was a great addition to my road tool box. Right before a long trip the check engine light came on. The mechanic brought out his code reader and told us. I saw this product for sale the next day and purchaed it. Currently we just made another long trip out of town and while stuck in traffic, the check engine light came on. I used this and it worked perfectly. The best part was knowing that there wasn't a major issue and the car was safe to drive. The peace of mind and the savings over the mechanic make this a great buy! My only complaint is that the directions were not accurate. It was not hard to figure out though.
