I wanted to take a moment to review this item since so many of the others were left by those who received discounts or free products. I did not, and so want others to have non-promotional feedback to help them make a decision. I live in a home with well water and poor water pressure. I installed this shower head in only a matter of minutes, and I am happy to say that I finally have a decent shower in my home. The pressure is sufficient enough to reach the back of the tub, which is much better than the previous shower head that didn't even make it to the center of the tub. I would say that those with great water pressure may find the stream too hard if they have sensitive skin, but it definitely transformed my well water pressure to a much better spray. The reason I'm only giving four stars is because the pressure isn't perfect - I've lived in other homes with much more pressure. Additionally, it is made of plastic and has a somewhat flimsy feel - I will definitely update when I have used it more than once. For those who are looking for a handheld shower head that will improve the pressure from wells or old pipes, I would definitely recommend this product. **Update** While this shower head still provides good pressure, the pulsating setting (the second of the three) stopped working within two weeks. This doesn't seem to affect the spray setting or the massage setting, but the rotating/pulsing setting was great while it lasted. I didn't deduct a star because it still provides the other two settings and the increase in pressure. Just wanted others to know about the problem if they are considering it for the less intense massage/shower setting.
