I work as a medical interpreter, and for those unfamiliar with the industry, we take A LOT of very quick notes. Notes so quick that we have to learn to abbreviate any word that's longer than four letters. It is very difficult for me to find a pen that is smooth enough to handle that amount of writing without getting caught on the paper or temporarily losing ink. Comfort is also a problem because holding on to a pen for 8 hours a day can cause blisters if you're using the wrong kind. I don't remember how I found this pen, maybe it appeared from heaven and was sent by God himself. Or, more likely, I stole it from someone I know. I don't know. Heaven-sent, stolen - you decide. The point is that this is the perfect pen. It doesn't bleed, it is crisp, smooth, dries very quickly, has a rubber neck (pen tip hugger thing?) which makes it very easy to grip and comfortable to use for extended periods. The ink also lasts a along time. I usually fill up an entire 8x5" notepad (front and back) before I have to change pens. The best part, it is cheap. I would never switch to anything else.
