Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

After reading the reviews, I took some some mental notes on things that people didn't like and figured I would take my chances. First was assembly time; complaint: took at least 2 hours. I finished with 48 minutes, 40 seconds (yes I used a stopwatch) the instructions said it would take 30 minutes. I am very good at assembling boxed furniture so I think 1 hour would be a better estimate. Second, screws for the chair; complaint: screws are too short. I discovered that they are too short, but that is only if you put part "L" on upside down (and I did this on one of the chairs, oops! It took my maybe 2 minutes to fix that). Piece "L" has a side that is flush that should be against the seat of the chair and the side that the screw goes in on allows for the screw to be flush with the bottom making it just long enough. The materials seem very sturdy (but I will update if I find otherwise) one of my chair seats has a little bit of the finish missing in a corner, but it isn't enough that I'm willing to get a replacement (see pictures). Most importantly: Lego brand legos fit on the lego table top! I know that other reviews said this but it was the first thing I checked because I was paranoid it wouldn't. All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase and my son is going to flip his sh** when he sees this after school today!
