I have been using He Shou Wu for many years. I am now over 50, and I think I have 2 gray hairs. People can't believe I'm over 50 and I never color my hair! I would never dye my hair because of the chemicals, so this is a perfect way to maintain my natural hair color even though I would not mind naturally graying hair. I tried this brand because it is organic, which is important to me as I am very health conscious. I eat healthy, train super hard every day, etc. Why not look as young as you feel? I always have a lot of energy and I rarely feel tired. I put the powder in my morning matcha with ginger and turmeric powder (and a little instant coffee if I want a kick in the butt), and it tastes fine. I am in perfect health with no chronic conditions, I don't know if I can say it's because of the He Shou Wu but this is part of my regimen and I feel great! I highly recommend this product, it is really well packaged so it arrived really fresh, everything was sealed with no mess. And I love the little spoon that came with it! Great product, so glad I found it.
