I ordered this for our new house since I was just using the mop and bucket left from the previous owner, and in all honesty, it's a game changer. It is incredibly lightweight (although it's new, so I don't know how long it will last) and has a wonderfully long cord. The handheld portion is a lot more manageable than my old Shark was and the steam went the direction it was supposed to, rather than burning me. There was a spot on the floor that I haven't been able to get up since we moved it- it's gone. My kitchen floor is sparkling, and I used the squeegee to steam clean the textured shower doors in the guest bath, which until now were the bane of my housekeeping existence. It came packaged well, was easy to assemble, and really does stow away beautifully. It could perhaps come with a fabric bag to hold the attachments, but that's easily remedied. I would highly recommend this steam mop.
