First I am a woman of 75 years. I find I need to do small repairs by myself now. I like the drill. It is not too heavy. However I am not strong enough to tighten it very much. The directions act as if you are a man and know how to use a drill. I did not. It does not answear my simplest questions. I however went on youtube. I watched several vidoes on the drill. Now I know why the bit kept falling out. It just was not tight enough. Also the bits I bought were just cheep junk. I like the drill and would recomend it.
