This is my 10th bottle. I started taking this wonderful liquid vitamin because it quickly absorbs 90% better into the body where as a solid pill vitamin only 25% is absorbed. My body had trouble absorbing nutrients. Before taking Mary Ruth I was so very sick with leaky gut syndrome. Now after 10 months on this vitamin and eating a candida diet my gut is healed. My aches and pains are gone and I feel so good. This is my first bottle of the strawberry flavored. I think it's going to be my favorite. Can't live without my Mary Ruth vitamins.
