I then grab the item and it felt sturdy and well made. I was so impressed I immediately set it up and I love it. For those actually taking the time to read reviews, you're just like me. I don't trust star ratings anymore. I need to see what actual human beings are saying. So from one human being to another I'll explain my entire purchase experience for you. You place an order the company will actually send you an email thanking you for your product, which is very rare anymore. Your product arrives, I've already explained that part. You'll later get one last email from the company making sure your product was delivered and what you expected. As a small business owner that represents business across the US and teaches businesses the value of knowing your purpose, this company has just made me a fan of anything they may make. The customer service alone was enough to make me very happy. Then to get a product that's actually good and made well, and at a great price. Nothing else needs to be said.
