I found some of the brush heads to be loose, likely to pinch the inside of your lips, and much less effective at deep cleaning. Some of the brushes however are very comparable to the Oral-B brushes. So it's a mixed bag. I haven't explored them all yet. One set of brushes has a wider head, which I thought I liked a lot, until it very quickly loosened up and became a terrible pincher that didn't clean well. I threw those out. Another brush, with dark blue bristles on the sides, has been in use for over 2 months and is excellent. The head is tight, no pinching, excellent cleaning.
