I am a person who doesn’t do reviews. With this product I feel like I have to! I am 45 and in perimenopausal stage. It started getting really bad the past few months. I was experiencing night sweats every night, all night and hot flashes all day everyday. On top of that my skin broke out in eczema terribly! I had not seen this big of flare up in my entire life. I was moody, depressed and had severe brain fog and couldn’t concentrate or remember things. I had tried many natural cures to no avail until I saw this on amazon. I read many reviews and was hopeful but didn’t think anything would ever help and that I would just have to deal with my new issues for a long time. At first starting this nothing happened for awhile and I was getting down about it. I am right now at about day 15 and for the first day I can say no night sweats and no hot flashes! My mood is upbeat and that depressed feeling is gone! I am speechless! I am not as exhausted as I had been and that temperature feeling seems to have subsided. When I say “temperature” I mean feeling super hot with then extreme cold! It was like my internal furnace couldn’t fluctuate! I don’t know if everyone going through this experiences that but it was making my quality of life very dim. This was the only thing that actually gave me relief! My skin seems to be clearing up slowly and the brain fog is gone as well. This has been a complete life changer for me! I am back to feeling like myself again! Mood swings are gone! This herb has been a godsend! I didn’t want hormone therapy and was totally against starting that but I was at my wits end...until I tried this product! If you read this review..try it! It can’t hurt and honestly it is by far the only thing that helped me through this difficult stage in my life!
