This plastic extruding pen competes head to head with the 3Doodler, although intended for the same purpose and the same users, they handle and operte differently, further, the 3Doodler uses ten inch long stiff 3mm "strands", while the Mynt3D uses large spools of 2mm 3D printing filament. I have both on my bench, and, tike a pen and pencil, they each have tasks they do beter than the other.
