Wow- got this set up yesterday and my 17-yr cat just took a huge drink if water from it. He has kidney problems and needs to drink as much as possible. Why 4 stars? I can't tell how full it is! There is no indicator to let me know if it's getting low. I decided I would add water each evening when I got gone from work, but if I travel I'll unplug it. I'm not sure my husband would be as diligent. Also, it doesn't hold much water- there's no reservoir. Minor flaws in a product that has met the approval of the old man. The picture was taken on his 2nd go-round in 10 minutes at the fountain.
