The adhesive is very strong, so make sure you align correctly before you allow the boards to join. There's no fudging once they touch. Note that the given dimensions, (11.34" deep, 13.4" wide and 12.6" tall), are the outside measurements. The horizontal boards are 5/8" thick, and the vertical boards are 7/8" thick, so the interior space is 11.34" deep, 11.65" wide and 11.35" tall. So if you're using this as a little bookcase, it's too short to accomodate standard ring binders. Get the Cube "Plus", which is 13.75" tall inside.
