I love this light! It clips right onto my windowsill where I have my light-loving plants placed. It's easy to turn on and off and you can make it light up 1, 2, or all 3 wands with the push of a button. I haven't figured out the timer function yet, but honestly it's because I just leave this light on all the time or turn it off completely at bedtime as part of my nightly routine. The flexible portions of the wands mean that I can very easily move each wand to wherever needs the light. The light emitted is a soft pink color that can also serve as a nightlight in both my dining room and adjoining living room, so that nobody has to trip over any left out toys or anything when walking through the house. It does not emit weird, ultra high pitched sounds like some LED fixtures I have tried in the past, either. I really, really love this light and I think that it is perfect for anyone looking for an easy, space-saving, effective grow light for their plants. I think this might even work for an aquarium if it were clipped onto the side of the tank; may try that after I buy myself another.
