I was ready to trash this product and I agreed with the majority of the negative reviews, BUT, one lady’s statement changed everything. I truly believe that because of extremely poor instructions, people don’t understand how to use it. It is AMAZINGLY ACCURATE. Use a glass to scoop water out and test that. 1) power on, top button, see 2.2 then On. 2) hit button 3, see count down 3,2,1 and put the strip that was dipped in the glass on the lens, ( don’t forget to shake off excess water) , then most importantly, cover with a dark cloth or use the black card supplied, you MUST block out the light. IT Is spot on. To prove this, save the glasses previously filled while you keep adjusting your water. YOU WILL ALWAYS GET THE SAME READING WHEN YOU RETEST A PREVIOUS GLASS FROM BEFORE.
