i got this oximeter as the clinical nurse told me my resting rate and bp are high prior to even working out. so she monitors my pulse rate near end of any cardio activity to check my max heart rate that i do not go over the limit she set for me. so far with the lanyard hanging around my neck during workout makes it convenient for me to check my own pulse rate. the display has a good size easy to read easy to maneuver numbers and also display my heartbeat. what more can i ask for?
