Why waste your money on name brand medication when you can get the exact same product at a much more cost-effective rate? I am a nurse and I only buy the best products for my family and father, as health is very important to us. This magnesium is the same ingredient as one of the largest makers of vitamins. This particular bottle will last my dad almost a whole year! With the increasing cost of medications, it was nice to come along a quality product at a price that didn't break the bank! My only negative is I wish these came with a coating to make them more easier to swallow, but I have tried at least 4 different brands and they are all the same way.
