A lot to like about this unit: AC/DC powered, should inflate to high pressures. But the viewing angle of the PSI digital readout is so limited, if it's on the floor to inflate a tire, crouched beside it you can't read the numbers. Here are my dislikes so far: ◼︎ the AC cord is pretty short, you'll need an extension cord. ◼︎ And the inflation hose is far too short. ◼︎ The door over the accessories compartment isn't hinged, when you pry it open it just falls off. ◼︎ THE BIG PROBLEM is I haven't found a way to lock the hose onto my road bike tire, with its presta adaptor, so it's not filling the tires, which is my main use for this. Hoping the seller can clue me in to how to get that to work. I'll update this if things improve. PROBLEM FIXED: turns out the problem with inflating road bike presta tires (air leaking constantly) was a bad schraeder-to-presta adaptor. I bought a 6-pack of adaptors from another Amazon seller, and then the pump worked great! I believe they are remedying that issue with all their inflators. CUSTOMER SERVICE: has been exceptional. Had super-prompt direct emails from Elaine at the seller MasterWorks, they even sent me a second unit before I solved the problem (without my asking for that), then said to just keep it rather than return it, and even offered to reimburse me for the cost of the other adaptors. How's that for service! The inflator is very fast, and the auto-stop feature works perfectly. ◼︎ So why just 4 stars? For reasons previously cited: LCD readout is very hard to read at most viewing angles; inflating hose is on the short side. Still, a great solution to my difficulty with inflating tires to 120psi with my old Topeak Joe Blow tire pump.
