The box was here in 2 days, expertly packaged, and nothing extra for me to do but remove the cushion from the protective plastic slip-cover, arrange it on my computer chair to my liking and sit down and enjoy being comfortable while I work! Couldn't be happier and will definitely order more if needed. The cushion is indeed a luxury for my bottom and back.
