What a huge disappointment! Would not shut off, large blade would not cut. I definitely will send this back and never buy a Wahl product again. Update on replacement; The replacement unit sent from Wahl worked perfectly. Wahl's customer service is very impressive. I expected nothing from them, yet they insisted in sending me a new trimmer. I would recommend this product, if you have issues, they will stand behind it. Thank you Colleen and Wahl.
