So I brought these after I saw TaeDaTea on IG promoting them. I did some research and said hey won't hurt to try it. I had plans on.... well you know this weekend so they came on Tuesday and I began my two pills twice a day. My BM was almost non existent for the first day. I got nervous like is this a imodium kinda thing cause that ain't NO good for what we gone be doing this weekend. Do I decided to increase my water intake. It says 16oz but niece be prepared to be a fish! The more water you drink the better it works. So I'm feeling super flushed, BH on snatch and ready to get down! I'm in!
