Life changer. I have never left an Amazon review but I genuinely appreciate what this product has done for me so much that I wanted to share. I’m in my 30’s, and for my entire adult life I do not recall ever feeling rested. Even if I slept 12 hours - I felt tired ALL day. I took all types of supplements, I eat a plant based diet and I am active - yet nothing made a difference. (Insert magic wand) I take these minerals about 20/30 minutes before I’m ready to go to bed and by that time I feel extremely relaxed. BEFORE purchasing this product I would stay up watching TV or reading way past “bed time” because I could not quiet my mind enough to “rest”. Not only that, but I would get up often throughout the night to use the restroom or simply wake up to toss and turn. Then I would wake up for work - hit snooze 3 times - and then feel tired all day until it was time to repeat. Now, I wake up refreshed. I feel much clearer throughout the day and I’m not hitting snooze. I want to be really clear - This product has not made me want to run sprints all day - it’s not “energy” producing for me. It’s simply given my body and brain the gift of rest and replenishment that I need for the day - mentally and physically. I’ll be subscribing to this !
