Pros Toothbrush works well. Like that there are different settings. Easy to set up. Like the vibration every 30 seconds to let you know that section of your teeth is complete. Cons Did not come with sensitive brush head as I had thought I read somewhere. Called Oral B and they sent a coupon but cannot use coupons on Amazon and cannot find the sensitive heads from Oral B in stores. Did not expect to pay more money for an additional head right away. The holder for the toothbrush itself needs to be cleaned daily as the way it is made the water from your toothbrush just sits on top of the holder. Pretty gross. Should have designed it to have the base slant down so the water would not collect there. I don't think the bluetooth feature is worth it. Who has time for that? All in all, I'd like to have a toothbrush just like this with a better base and without the bluetooth feature but the speed settings for less money.
