My new lunch bag just arrived in the mail. I was looking for something that would hold several meals as I travel overnight 3 nights a week for a majority of the year. Trying to eat healthy is hard when you travel frequently. It's difficult to appropriately portion healthy options, so I prefer to pack most of my food. This looks like a decent option to carry 5 meals that are in reusable meal prep containers. I haven't tried packing it with cold packs yet. I plan to do a follow-up test where I add cold packs to see if they fit and how long the bag stays cold. UPDATE: I put 2 cold packs in the bag and read the thermostat at 30 minutes, 1.5 hours, and 3 hours. It reached about 40 degrees in 3 hours. Food can be considered safe above 40 degrees for a maximum of 2 hours. I rate that this bag can keep food cold for approximately 5 hours or less.
