Worth The Watch
This isn't GOT and it is not trying to be. This is not historically accurate and it's not tryng to be. This is a period piece and a FANTASY. It has druids, Roman's, Gault's, magic, etc. I'm really enjoying the story line. The costumes are great, strong actors, the production is high and best of all it's entertaining. If your a person who has to have historical accuracy, save yoursef the time and us when you post a bad review. If your expecting GOT or comparing it to GOT you'll be disappointed. Britannia is it's own story and is really unique. I think this is worth a watch.
One more thing. The first episode introduces a bunch of different characters and story lines. Just hang on it'l be clearer who's who in the second episode. The only negative I have is the theme music. Wow it is so bad. It's this retro 70's vibe that so doesn't go with the program. I really wish they would rethink that.
