Ok you have 2 options for mounting these. 1st is stick tape or screw into the wall. I decided to screw them into the wall using my hardware not the hardware. That comes with it. I'm sure their hardware will work, but I uses heave duty 75lbs anchors screws with washers. I'm glad I did because my mother slipped getting out of the tub and grabbed one of the hooks and it held in place. I don't think their hardware would of held up. Now that being said, this are not for that purpose.
