The daily serving size is two chews. The calories you get out of those two chews equate to eating 2/3 of an apple. The average apple has 19 grams of sugar in it, where these two chews have just 4 grams. The comments you're reading from other posts seem to indicate there's an overabundance of sugar in these chews. They're wrong. It's as if they expect you to eat a chew that's made entirely out of beets and it will somehow taste wonderful like a gummy bear. These chews have a little bit of sugar added to them to make them edible. I personally love how they taste and I don't notice any metallic or medicine flavor at all like some of the other comments. So far I notice that just one chew gives me a lot of unexpected energy, especially when paired with a cup of coffee in the morning. I'm hoping that these lower my blood pressure, but I haven't had the opportunity to check. I'll keep you posted.
