This is a GREAT microphone! It does what it is supposed to do. There is NO Volume control (because it is done in Windows 10), so you DON'T need it. HOWEVER, It annoys me when I see reviews by people who won't read the instructions. HERE ARE SOME TIPS: Windows 10 Installation is simple: plug it into a USB port. (No drivers needed.) ALL CONTROLS ARE IN WINDOWS 10! Go to "Sound Settings". Make sure the Jounivo Microphone is selected. Click "Device Properties" and "Additional Device Properties" to adjust settings to your preferences. Use AGC "On" for BEST VOLUME performance (than manual volume control settings). Once setup is complete, ANY APP that you have in Windows 10 can now use the Microphone. NOTE: You may need to go to Privacy settings and TURN ON the microphone for your app! If you don't know how to do these necessary setup tasks, then your microphone may not work. SOME APPS have options to CHOOSE the input device (microphone) that you want to use. You MUST do this! I hope this helps some of you reading the reviews that blame the microphone for "user ignorance". JCG
