so here is the story: arrived on time in a box. When opened, it felt like there were two separate pillows packed under one cover. Could literally feel that there was nothing between two pieces. The pillow was thin as carpet in many places. Was so disappointed and was ready to throw back in the box which is not easy job considering this thing inflates after you take it out. In fact when I saw condition in which this pillow arrived, I looked at all one star reviews and was so shocked and convinced that I got same defective product as some folks here said. Was surely going to return it.... But then it sat like that for few hrs on a couch and to my surprise this thing inflated to just as shown in the picture into one piece. Just could not believe it. Now using it everyday and is an outstanding product. So if you get this product flat as plastic then don't rush to return, let it sit overnight then decide... I don't normally write these reviews but sometimes product just deserves it...
