Good, with a significant caveat.
Works well and looks good. The reason for only 4 stars is a feature that is missing that actually can make a significant difference in your heating bill as well as your heating system maintenance/replacement time. My prior Honeywell programmable thermostat allowed you to set a range for the target temperature. That is, you could set the target temperature to be 70 degrees, but also set the range to be 0, 1 or 2. For example, if you set the range to 1, the thermostat would heat to 70, then allow the temperature to drift down to 69, and then start heating at a "low" 69 degrees. This current thermostat doesn't have that feature, so it maintains the exact temperature of 70. If you're in a temperature-critical environment, then this is ok. Otherwise, to keep such a steady temperature, the thermostat must more frequently turn on, which obviously requires your heating system to kick in. I would estimate our system kicks in twice as often, which is not a great thing for the heater, so maintenance is likely more often, and replacement likely sooner.
