I purchased this to replace an older leak sensors that used a phone dialer to send alerts. The bridge was easy to pair with my network. Note that it only works on 2.4Ghz wi-fi. I like that in the app you can name the individual sensors so that you know the location of the one that was triggered. The sensor has little feet which keep the probes about 1/16” off the ground which will prevent false alarms due to condensation on a basement floor. I tested it and received a visual, audible and vibration alert to my cell. I purchased this on a deal of the day and it was an awesome value for the price. UPDATE - My sump pump failed the other night and the Govee alarm alerted me when there was just a little bit of moisture on the floor. Disaster averted!
