I'm a vegetarian so needless to say, I'm gassy. LOL This was the only product I've found to help with my digestion, alleviate my gas AND helps keep my tummy from bloating. By the end of my first bottle, I hardly farted at all anymore. (Sorry if I offend you but I want to be honest so others can be helped by this product.) And my stomach wasn't upset after eating. I wanted to make sure it was this product that was working so I didn't start my second bottle right away, and sure enough, my gas and bloating did return. It didn't return immediately, but it did return. So I'm now on my second bottle and am ordering more so I don't run out. I love having a flat tummy again and not worrying about what all the veggies are doing to my tummy. These enzymes really are fantastic! I even have my sister hooked on them now too.
