Great stuff only I wish they were offered in glass bottles. Every time I order I swap the juice into an empty Lakewood Organics bottle. I also transfer the label and write the date I opened it. Ginger juice tasted way better after that. About the juice you can and 1 parts carbonated water such as Ferrarelle’s and 3 parts Ginger People ginger juice and just a pinch of xylitol. To make the best ever sugarless real ginger beer/ale. No more diabetic inducing Canada Dry or Seagrams. Both taste like sugar water to me now with only a hint of artificial ginger.
