This Bluetooth keyboard made for iPad Pro's works precisely as designed on my new 12.9" iPad Pro (4th Gen). Connectivity was virtually instantaneous when activated. I like the tactile feel of the keyboard as well, and the clicks are verification of key press. Some may not like that, but I do! The keyboard is set up in Mac format and all function keys work with the fn key. The keyboard will save power by going to sleep after 10 minutes in inactivity and will reawaken with a key press. For long-term storage, there is an on off switch on the back of the keyboard. It is light and will fit easily in a computer bag or backpack. All in all, this is clearly a FIVE STAR rating for me, along with my honest and very hearty recommendation. The price on Amazon is a superb value as well!
