Save yourself the sickness
Bought because I just took a job working customer service and interaction with others is unavoidable. I love the taste of these. I found myself sucking on one about every 3 or 4 hours. I can say they work because everyone in my office has some nasty bug and I'm sitting pretty!!! I must warn you not to take more than recommended as it could give you a slight case of Zinc poisoning. I bought 2 additional bottles, 1 for my daughter at school and 1 for home.
