This is likely the best bang for your buck right now in the entry level pro-DSLR camera market. You just can't go wrong with the D3200. I have always bought point and click cameras for $100 to $200. And, always disappointed one way or another. It is good to have at least a decent little camera that fits in your pocket. But, we all know that they just can't do the job under all conditions for the moments you really want high quality photos and video. Rather than chasing my tail, I should have just bought a serious camera long ago. Even at a higher price, I would probably still be financially better off (and without the frustration). This D3200 is the long awaited answer to this. Better late than never.
