Celiac's still don't get to eat what they want, but it does help.
I have celiac, so this product isn't something that is going to allow my to eat bread again, but it really does help. Going out to eat anywhere, even if they claim to know about celiac and gluten sensitivities, is kind of like playing Russian Roulette for me. Not so good if you travel a lot. GlutenEase has proven to really help when I have cross contamination. Instead of being down from weeks to months, I am down from hours to days. Trust me it makes all of the difference in the world, and I do not leave home without my GlutenEase.
