A cheap solution to a bathroom problem!
For around fifty bucks you can 'Spa' out your bathroom too! We live in a super tiny apartment in a nice upper east side building - everything except the rent, is small on space - we're luckier than most in that we have some pretty ample storage areas, (3 closets - almost unheard of at this price point!), just not in the bath area, which is bigger than my kitchen - I'm just sayin'. This unit looks like a flimsy piece of crap and it is. But if you put it together properly, I'm guessing we've got a good year or two of a solution to a really cramped problem. We opted NOT to put on the poster board backing so we could use the electrical outlet behind the doors... but you could put it on if your walls are ugly and you're trying to hide something. Take note of the dimensions - ours fit JUST above the toilet, so taller toilets may not work so well with this option. Maybe there is a standard toilet height I am unaware of... like the 'hoped for' standard height of kitchen sinks where I stand for about an hour everyday to wash the loads of dishes because our unit also DOESN'T have a dishwasher. Hello lower back pain! I digress. Do NOT buy this if you normally buy from, say, Pottery Barn and Crate and Barrel. You will NOT be happy with this. DO buy this if you are content with most Ikea products but often feel they're overpriced! It serves its purpose and it isn't unattractive. See photo (the last one with the polka dots) *Tip* Oh and we put the bar that kind holds the sides together on the back to be able to access the tank... *Tip*
