Revised: I want to give this 5 stars because just like all the other reviews stated, it's easy to set up and great bang for the buck. Great sound, bluetooth pairing, multiple connectivity options. But a few weeks in the remote control essentially crashed. I thought it was busted and would have to return the entire system. Fortunately, I called tech support and there is a way to fix this very common broken remote issue. Sadly, this is nowhere to be found on their website (or at least when I checked). After chatting with tech support, I followed their suggestion which resolved the problem: Perform a power cycle on the soundbar: -unplug the soundbar, hold down the power button for 30 seconds, plug the power back in. -then the remote: remove the batteries, then press each button once, put new batteries in. -try using the remote with the soundbar. 4/8/2015 update -- Firmware fix: Someone kindly pointed out that Vizio released a firmware update relevant for this issue.
