We have been having issues with mice getting into the house, we keep finding holes , so we fix them but then a few weeks later the tell tale signs are back ! the scratching the droppings ETC. We have a dog but he couldn't care less, they don't bother him I think he's just to old to be bothered lol Anyway we unboxed it, it seems easy enough you basically plug it in and go, there a three colour lights red high infestation, yellow moderate, or green some but not to many its only been a week, but we have dead insects everywhere. i vacuum them up everyday so i can see if there are any new ones we also have problems with bees making nests in the siding of the house a yearly ongoing thing its cold now so won't know how effective this will be till next summer but all in all i give it five stars
