UPDATE: I now own these in a million colors! Seriously, if you follow the application instructions, they are crazy strong. I spent 3 days building a concrete block retaining wall and when I was done, I still had 6 of my 10 nails on!!! Obviously, once in a while you'll get one that just doesn't cooperate but overall, I love these and I've recruited at least 3 friends who are now impress believers. Sometimes, when your hands are wet a nail will start to feel a bit loose but be careful with it and when it dries it will be strong again. Weird but true. Usually, around the 2 week mark they start to lift just enough that my hair gets stuck under the nail when I run my fingers through it. That is annoying so that's typically when I take them off and pick a new color. I also purchased some adhesive tabs separately in case I need to fix a random nail here and there. Great to have while traveling, juuust in case. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I just applied these today so I'll have to update this review after I've had them on a while but so far... They seem to hold well and were easy to apply. I got them because I recently had gels and then dip nails. Because of those, my nail bed had become very thin and fragile. I bought these to wear over my thin, damaged nails so they are protected as they grow out but I might continue to buy them if they keep working well. The set came with several sizes to choose from so I feel like they fit well. I LOVE that I was able to file them down to the length and shape I wanted. I wasn't sure if that would work but they filed really well after I applied them. So far, I've been able to do everything I normally would (wash dishes, work in the garden, etc.) without losing any nails so day 1 was a success. Next time I would probably choose a different color. I wear a lot of mauve but this is more taupe. It's very tan and doesn't really have any kind of pink/coral/purple tint to it. It's a good nude, just not my favorite ever.
