I wasn't buying this for lucid dreams, so I can't say how well this tea works in that regard. I bought it to help regulate my periods, and it works extremely well for that purpose. Even after getting into sticky situations, this tea combined with a few other regulating herbs did the trick -- perhaps a little too much! This tea has a strong grassy smell and taste, so if you're someone who likes mild/sweet teas, you're in for quite an awakening. I was able to drink this without sugar, but my taste buds are kinda weird so that works for me. If your a woman seeking regulation, then I highly recommend giving this tea a try.
