As good as Waterpik! I bought my husband a WaterPik, and this one for myself and both are great! In fact, I think the water reservoir lasts longer in this one. It comes with many heads and is good quality. I like different pressure settings. If you are new to water flossing, start with lighter pressure and work your way up to strong over a week or so. Charge lasts a long time. Also, a tip from my dentist is to only put the water pressure against the outside part of the teeth/gums, not the tongue side...something about how the body is made, putting water from the outside will blast is through (good) but going the other direction may force bacteria up into your gums (bad). Anyway, this is a good product and I recommend it. Especially because it is so much more affordable than the name brand!
