The package came and it was pretty heavy but I got it into the room. My back has been hurting really bad for the past year and getting progressively worse from a motorcycle accident I had seven years ago. I was getting so desperate that it was almost time for surgery. Anyway as my back was hurting I was able to put the whole thing together by myself with my two-year-old daughter in the way and it took about an hour or more maybe. I am a 37 year old and weigh 180 lb. The parts are really large and high gym quality and it's not very difficult. After my first session I was praising Jesus and I'm not even religious because I had finally gotten relief from my pain. I had read all the reviews and I was literally waiting on it in total pain. In my first two days when I get right off of it I have absolutely no pain which is mind-blowing and my sciatica pain has stopped as well. I can't wait to see what else the therapy brings to me but my mind is literally blown just by the first two days. Like I said right after I get off the machine my pain has gone away a hundred percent which it makes me want to cry in appreciation. My pain throughout the day in general as far as my back goes has decreased at least 40 to 50%. Along with that of course my mood has improved. All I have to say is if you are having back pain don't wait another moment and get this machine. Bless you.
