So Far So Good
**INFO**
I am a 27-year-old woman
around 163-157 pounds
I am 5'4 and my first round on the stepper has been a success. My progress was doing 1442 steps in 32 minutes and I burned 200 calories. The workout REALLY hurts, meaning if it's your first time using one of these things, you'll feel your muscles being challenged. I know the front of my thighs were kind of firing up, but so was my upper butt cheeks. I could have sworn I felt something in my abs as well. I don't know. But you get tired easily because it's hard work, especially depending on how the resistance/tension knob is set. But I am impressed.
**PROS**
1) It already came assembled. The only thing I had to do was tighten the pulley under it.
2) It does record your time, repetitions, and calories burned. And they are easy to see from above.
3) I didn't really feel like i had to balance on anything else since the machine does not have any handles to keep balance on.
4) I believe it does heat a bit beneath the peddles, but you won't notice.
5) It is very easy to store away. It is not really heavy, but heavy enough to break your toes if you're not careful. I just slid it under my futon.
6) Your progress does not reset. If there is a reason you have to step off the machine to do something, it will pause. It will not reset without your permission.
**CONS**
Can't think of any at the moment.
I will keep updates on my progress.

I am using this for the second time and I had a little squeaking on the other side. It probably just needs lubricating.

The stepper is still going strong. I had lubricated the squeaking sounds successfully. You can really feel it burning your upper buns. I think soon I'm going to have a butt that everybody will stare at. O_o!

The machine is still going great, but I can tell it's aging. One of the bolts that connects the paddle had snapped off, but I was able to put it back together. Have used it over ten times ever since, and it's going great. The pink caps keep on the sides are always coming off, though, which makes it pretty annoying when the machine begins to rock. The only way I can get them to stay on is if I glue them on permanently, but, I shouldn't have to do that. It has been squeaking, making a lot 'aging' noises. I have not see different results in my glutes, but it really does get me sweating.
