Eventhough I returned this topper, I will give it five stars because I'm sure for someone looking for the specs (medium firm and 2 inch) I think this would work for them depending on how they sleep (side, back, etc). After reading lots of reviews, I decided to order firm, 2". Well, that was a mistake. I'm a side sleeper and I have a firm bed, which i was trying to make softer because my back pain was unbearable. This topper did not soften my bed. My husband said, I should have ordered 3". However, I decided to look at SleepOnLatex website and read that for side sleepers, it is recommended that you purchase soft. I called them directly and the customer rep was very pleasant and confirm that I mostly likely to better with a soft being that I was a side sleeper. She pulled up my order from Amazon and offered to send me a bigger box that will fit the topper (because the topper is originally shipped compressed, once decompressed it will not fit in the original box). I returned the topper and ordered a 3" soft. i'm very happy with the soft topper. It gave my bed some cushion without the sinking in feeling (I previously had a memory foam topper and initially it worked but after a while, I just sank into the bed and had difficulty getting out. I suggest before ordering go onto their website and even call them, because what works for some people even if they sleep same side as you, might not work for you.
